Finger Millet is a herbaceous plant, similar to wheat and rice, grown as a cereal crop in Africa and Asia. Another name for it is Ragi. There are a lot of health benefits to consuming it on a daily basis. Some of the main benefits are strengthening of the bones and weight loss.
